When will I get my order?
Delivery timing varies by product and destination. The best estimate will appear at checkout and in your order confirmation. As soon as your order ships, you will receive tracking so you can monitor.
What is your return policy?
Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size ordered, change of mind, style preference after delivery, or normal wear and tear. Please review the sizing information on the product page before ordering — if you're unsure about fit, contact us before placing your order.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are eligible for a free replacement or refund. To qualify, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging (including the shipping label if possible). Once approved, we'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refund Timing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most refunds post within 5–10 business days after approval.
Return Shipping: For approved claims, we do not charge return shipping and in most cases do not require the item to be mailed back.
Order Cancellations & Changes: Because orders move into production quickly, cancellations or changes can only be guaranteed within 2 hours of purchase.
Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
