Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping ArmorNGlory. Most items are made to order, which helps reduce waste and creates each piece specifically for you. Please review the policy below so expectations are clear.
Returns and exchanges
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Style preference after delivery
• Normal wear and tear
Sizing note: Please review the sizing information listed on the product page. If a size chart is provided for that item, we recommend checking it before ordering. If you are unsure about fit, contact us before purchasing and we will help you choose a size.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right.
You are eligible for a free replacement or a refund if:
• The item is defective or damaged on arrival
• The print quality is clearly flawed
• You received the wrong size, color, or product compared to what you ordered
To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
How to request a replacement or refund
Email us with:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging, including the shipping label when possible
Once approved, we will either:
• Send a replacement at no cost to you, or
• Issue a refund to your original payment method
Refund timing
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank, but most refunds post within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
Return shipping
For approved defective, damaged, or incorrect item claims:
• We do not charge you return shipping
• In most cases, we will not require the item to be mailed back
If a return is required for review, we will provide instructions.
Order cancellations and changes
Because orders move into production quickly, we can only guarantee cancellations or changes within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order.
Lost packages and delivery issues
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package:
• Check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first
• Then contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, reshipping costs may apply.
